Ask the Doctors: LifeWave Patching for dry eyes, dry mouth

In this podcast, Dr. Karen and Dr. Dennis discuss LifeWave patching protocols for the symptoms of dry eyes and mouth.

Dr. Dennis Lobstein is a metaphysical doctor.  Join Dr. Dennis weekly for his free Acuwave clinic in person or online. For information click HERE. For acupuncture points listed below, please refer to www.yinyanghouse.com for locations.

Using patches can increase intracellular hydration according to Dr. Dennis. Carnosine patches can increase the volume of the cells…like going from a raisin back into a grape….from being shriveled up and dry to plump and juicing. there are three separate compartments: interstitial, blood and intracellular. Increase in hydration inside of the cells can take water from the other compartments so you need more water to fill the other compartments (which might be why you feel thirsty when you first drink structured water or use patches)

Different conditions causing drying out of the body, not the least of which is stress, are going to be covered in this discussion. We’re also going to discuss Chinese Medicine principles as well as Western physiology. During stress, you put out steroids and adrenaline and the mucous membranes get dry due to the physiology of stress. Pharmaceutical drugs can also dry the body.

Most doctors, when they see swollen legs for example, they don’t understand that the molecules of water most people drink is clustered in groups of 26 as opposed to microclusters of 5. Thus the water can’t “get in” to the cells. Imagine the cell membrane as a chain link fence. If the water is clustered small, like marbles, it is going to go through. However, most people’s water is like a basketball being thrown through the fence. It doesn’t work! In Chinese medicine it is called excess damp.

We need to reduce the “blockage” and Western diuretics don’t work. We need to move the water from the outer compartments to the inner ones (inside the cells).

What sorts of stresses contribute to dryness?

  • chem trails – aluminum chemicals causes dryness – and probably contributed to the fires we had in California recently. They create dryness in our throats and eyes
  • toxic EMF – 4G and 5G from our cell phones. These energies can potentially destroy our DNA and cells. These frequencies can change our abilities of our cells to hydrate.
  • biofilm is created by pathogens/infections and it is usually made of mucopolysaccharides/peptides (sugar-protein matrix) and they are protective shields that cover the infections and prevents the immune system from detecting them/attaching to them to clear them out. Bioflavenoids (eg. Flavon) can help to eat through the biofilm. Systemic enzymes may be helpful as well. Structured water also helps to wash the toxins and biofilm away. Dr. Karen really likes Petbiotics and Airbiotic cleaners that gets rid of biofilm of dead bacteria on kitchen counters, etc. and it is much safe as a cleaner than toxic chemicals that just kill the bacteria but leaves their dead bodies around.
  • hormonal issues, autoimmunity, and other conditions contribute to dryness.
  • Drugs like contraceptives, antihistamines, antidepressants, statins, antipsychotics, anticholinergic, diuretics cause dryness as well.
  • Glyphosates are put on grains to dry them quickly for market. It chelates minerals we need out of the bodies! It’s a good reason to eat organic. Many foods are tainted with glyphosates weed killer. Wheat for example, is doused with this chemical. That damages our guts which is one of our first line of defense in the immune system.

Approximately 8% women and 5% of men over age 50 get dry eyes. In Western medicine, we have artificial tears made of vinyl polymers that serve as lubricants. Sometimes doctors recommend blocking the tear ducts. There are also naturopathic remedies for dry throat – slippery elm – and homeopathic similasan for dry eyes.

There are chrysanthemum flowers (clears heat and good for the eyes) and goji berries and mulberries (tonify yin and moisten) are all Chinese herbs that help with dryness. These are all easily found. Dr. Dennis suggested making a tea out of the goji berries and chrysanthemum and even the mulberries. If you eat them dry, that might be too much sugar and that might keep more water in your gut. Maybe a handful a day with tea – boil them for ten minutes and then drink the tea. The bioflavenoids in those herbs will help with the biofilm.

Red, orange and yellow fruits will also help with hydration! The color is related to the elements (fire, earth) so it regulates the elements. That helps to transform damp. If the Spleen 9 point is sore, that is indicative of blockage due to damp. That’s a great point to patch if it is sore: white energy enhancer on the right and tan one on the left.

Some water ionizer machines can microcluster and alkalanize and molecular hydrogen created to super-hydrate you compared with regular water.

LifeWave patches used on Spleen 6 will counteract effects of dampness.

Kidney 6 master point for Yin Chao Mai. We relax and increases the parasympathetic shift to relaxation – thus decreasing the dehydration. For every increase of 1% of hydration there is a 10% increase in metabolic efficiency. Losing weight involves catabolism (breaking down fat for energy). Fat breakdown effects: 80% of that is released heat and 20% is mechanical work in the body. We can use Energy Enhancer or a combo of SP6C/Aeon (hormone balancing) on Kidney 6. That point is known to regulate the glucocorticoid system and lower ACTH. That is released by the pituitary gland and when it hits the adrenals, it releases cortisol and other stress hormones (which can inhibit immune activity).

In kidney Yin deficiency and “adrenal fatigue” where five palm heat (red and sweaty in palms and face), night sweats.

Small intestine 3 (white/right) and Heart 6 (tan/left) with energy enhancer patches can help with night sweats. It treats the kidney yin deficiency and adrenal fatigue related to it.

A combo of kidney 7 (tan) and heart 6 (white) Energy Enhancers for Qi deficiency sweats during the day. Symptoms might be low salivary flow, low tears, urinary, sexual problems, low back pain (kidney yin deficiency).

By increasing hydration, the patches increases metabolic efficiency. Adding carnosine patches to other patching protocols amplifies the body’s ability to hydrate the cells.

Dr. Dennis’ Triangle protocol: Energy enhancer on kidney 3 points and carnosine patch on the third eye is a great protocol for dehydration, adrenal fatigue and stress. You can even use the energy enhancer at night because it still helps you relax even when it is storing your energy battery. You shift from being stressed to being more relaxed.

Sore Throat: Lung 7 white right) and kidney 6 (tan left) (raging heat and dryness giving you sore throat) are good combos with Energy Enhancer. That will help to clear the heat the reverse the dryness. This combo is thousands of years old!

Lois who called in was wondering what would support cataract healing. Dr. Karen had suggested Carnosine on her third eye at night, Can-C eye drops and Dr. Dennis suggested Chrysanthemum eye drops as well. Dr. Karen suggested starting with X39 and Carnosine and then after that, if necessary consider the 5 elements protocol with an emphasis of patching the kidney meridian.

Ana who called in said she felt incredibly string of energy moving when she patched her thyroid with X39 recently. She thought someone was touching her. When she first started X39 she had flu-like symptoms for the first three weeks and she thinks that old infections were clearing. She feels her kidneys are working harder (lots of medications and surgeries in the past) and she’s been patching them regularly for support. Surgeries create scar tissue and it blocks the flow of Qi. Ana teaches Pilates and trapeze yoga now and has gotten off all her medications since starting LifeWave patches. She also loves the triangles that Dr. Dennis teaches.

Martin has fluid build up in the left ear. He has extreme sensitivity to loud noises in the left ear. The acupuncture point called listening place in front of the Tragus. In front is small intestine 19, that can help clear up ear blockage. One of the first approaches is to have an ear specialist rule out any physical damage, then one that is ruled out then work with the energy. You can always add energetic therapies once you know what the problem.
