I’m a holistic physician and medical acupuncturist. In 2010, the CEO of LifeWave asked me to test out their newest anti-aging product. As a physician and competitive athlete, he felt I could give the company tangible feedback on how the product worked for people in “the real world.” At first, I couldn’t imagine how an anti-aging product would help me, but very quickly, I learned I was wrong…really, really wrong!

I’ve been with LifeWave since 2011 and currently am the leader of Pulsar Patching Team, residing in The Villages, Florida. I became a fan of Holistic Medicine when one of my kids was treated by an Acupuncturist/Chiropractor for chemical and food sensitivities. My graduate and post-graduate education includes medical school at the University of Kansas School of Medicine, where I graduated in 1978. My residency was in Family Practice at Southwestern Medical School in Fort Worth and Wichita Falls, becoming board-certified in 1981. I moved to PA in 1981 and have been in full-time Family Practice since. I delivered babies for about 20 years and still do an otherwise full range of Family Medicine. Although I have been practicing Integrative Medicine/ Holistic Medicine – attempting to integrate the health of body, mind, and spirit since 1981 – I’m one of the Pioneers of Holistic Medicine, you might say.

Working in Washington DC as an Occupational Therapist made me realize we need places to rejuvenate! So, I came home to my native Adirondack Mountains (a.k.a. the Healing Woods) and, over many years, revamped an 1886 Lodge into a place to get away in Nature. It is now called the Lake Clear Lodge and Resort. As the Executive Chef for over 30 years, I creatively combine health with food and “land” with energetics. I am fascinated by the human body/mind/spirit blueprint and offer retreats and classes, both “online” and onsite, and introduce people to various modalities.
