Yin/Yang Patch Pair
Please note that when we mention the Yin/Yang patch pair, we mean a pairing of two patches, whereby the one on the left is relatively yin compared to the patch on the right.
Examples of Yin/Yang phototherapy patching pairs are:
- Energy Enhancer: The Tan patch is yin, the White patch is yang
- IceWave: The Tan patch is yin, the White patch is yang
- SP6C + Aeon: SP6C on the left (yin), Aeon on the right (yang)
- X39 + X49: X39 on the left (yin), X49 on the right (yang)
Yin/Yang meridians pair also refers to patching a Yin acupuncture point on the left side of the body and a Yang acupuncture point on the right side belonging to the same element.
Examples of Yin/Yang element pairings:
- Earth: Spleen/Stomach
- Metal: Lung/Large Intestine
- Water: Kidney/Bladder
- Wood: Liver/Gallbladder
Fire: Pericardium/Triple Burner (more emotional) or Heart/Small Intestine (more physical)
Q&A Intro
Dr. Dennis’ update since his heart attack on July 5th. He is using patches to help support his self-healing. When he puts Carnosine patches on Conception Vessel 15, tonifying Yin, it is essential for heart healing, the Yuan Source point for Yin in the body.
A Yin deficiency-heat pattern is typical with heart issues and “phlegm” accumulation. Carnosine is something you make in your body, and it can support heart tissue healing. Putting it on CV 15 and other yin points (like developing a triangle with Kidney 9—resets all Yin in the body) has been very supportive.
X39/49 on Kidney 9 and Carnosine on CV15.
Phlegm is cleared well with the acupuncture point Stomach 40 (X39/49 – see yin/yang patch pair above). Vessel plaque is a type of phlegm. Patching Stomach 40 helps to disperse phlegm accumulation.
CV15 or CV14 (for cardiac failure) with Carnosine associated with Stomach 40 is another combo that is helping him.
Topics Discussed
DISCLAIMER AND BACKGROUND @ 2:55
Dr. Karen reviewed the disclaimer that LifeWave does not claim to cure, treat, or prevent any medical conditions. She also explained that the discussion would cover more advanced topics like acupuncture points and Chinese medicine. Still, she advised attendees to focus on their intuition and symptoms rather than trying to memorize specific protocols.
DR. DENNIS’ HEART HEALTH UPDATE @ 9:05
Dr. Dennis shared that he had a heart attack on July 5th and has been using LifeWave patches to aid his healing. He explained how he uses Carnosine on CV15 (a yin Source point) and other acupuncture points like Kidney 9 and Stomach 40 to help clear inflammation and support heart function.
Q&A QUESTIONS @ 13:46
The group discussed strategies for addressing various health concerns, including:
- Constant weakness in the left hip/thigh after a hip replacement
- Enhancing the aura and light bodies
- Whether we can use two sets of IceWave at the same time
- Chest muscle discomfort from a car accident
- Terrible calf and foot cramps
- Acid refluxing to the throat
- The Uhe Method to diminish sensitivity symptoms
Closing and Next Steps @ 1:28:07
Dr. Dennis reminded attendees about the monthly Health Wise Clinic sessions. Dr. Karen emphasized the importance of using LifeWave patches consistently to support overall health and energy balance, even without obvious symptoms.
Q&A Callers
Sue A.
Q: What is a patching protocol to address constant weakness in the left hip and thigh after a hip replacement?
A: Dr. Karen – The structures are not aligned normally compared with pre-hip surgery. Fascia is usually distorted after surgery.
Dr. Lobstein – Gallbladder 34 helps support healthy sinews. Example: Aeon right, SP6C on the left.
Getting rid of stagnation? Consider Liver 3 (LV3) on the left and Gallbladder 34 (GB34) on the right (Yin-Yang acupuncture point pairing – see above*). Stagnation can cause weakness because the qi isn’t flowing. See other options for Yin-Yang patch pairings above.
Pain in the area? Put a Tan IceWave patch on Gallbladder 30 (GB30) and a white IceWave further down on the leg on Gallbladder 39 (GB39). If it has been a long time since surgery, perhaps the whites would do better on GB30 and the tan on GB39.

Q: What is a patching protocol to enhance our auras and light bodies?
A: Patches increase bicoherence (our light) and amplify our natural electromagnetic field. They may increase our ability to release as well as absorb more light.
The Merkaba is the light-spirit body generated by two overlapping pyramids counter-spinning, creating zero-point energy in the center. By tapping into zero point, you can reach quantum waves to shift your reality to what you desire.
Examples of phototherapy patching strategies to “create” the spinning Merkabas. You can put patches in a triangular configuration. Place a patch pair on the bottom part of the body, such as on Bladder 57 (BL57), and a single patch on the centerline. Place another patch pair on the top part of the body, such as Pericardium 6 (PC6). Rotate or spin the Merkaba with hand gestures and/or your intention, as shown in this video replay.

Q: What is a patching protocol to help strengthen digestion, runny stools, and EMF sensitivity?
A: When wearing patches, you have crystals and possibly restructuring energy grids to repattern to more balance. Unlike cell phones, Wi-Fi, etc., the patches do not emit a negative EMF. They can only reflect what is already within.
Not being able to tolerate patches above the waist could be related to many possibilities. It is necessary to know the imbalance in the energetic pattern in order to understand why this happens. Dr. Karen mentioned that in the past, she’s had excess energy in the head and feels better with patches on the lower body, but now that isn’t the case.
Loose stools could be due to Spleen Qi deficiency. Does it smell bad? Is it an infection (fast heart rate, high white blood cell count, stool labs)? If there is no smell, it is more likely Spleen Qi deficiency. Other signs include a swollen tongue with teeth marks, an aversion to cold and damp weather, or sensitivity to sugar (sugar may damage the spleen’s energy).
Other possible strategies: patching Stomach 25 (ST25) bilaterally with a yin/yang patch pair or patching the ileocecal valve (IC Valve) with a Y-Age Aeon patch
LanWeiXue is an extra point on the right leg, approximately 2 cun below Stomach 36 (ST36). When it is sore, there is inflammation in the IC valve or appendix. Patch or stimulate it when sore. You may patch with any single patch, such as X39 or Aeon (if you’re not already using it), and send intention to the spirit part of the body to heal this area.
Tesla Bridge Strategy – use a single patch on the heart point (any heart point such as CV17, CV14, CV15, and a second Aeon patch on the area of concern (e.g. IC valve).
Note: 78-year-old female who cannot tolerate patches above the waist too long.
Glory
Q: When measuring using fingers, where do you stick the patch?
A: Dr. Dennis – You patch on the edge of the outer finger
Judy
Q: Can two sets of IceWave be worn simultaneously for two areas of back pain?
A: You can use two sets for regional pain (preferably, not more than two sets).
Another option is to use the whole body strategy:
- Left-Right Paradigm – IceWave white on the right, IceWave tan on the left
- Examples: Kidney 1 and Heart 3
- Sky-Earth Paradigm – IceWave white on upper body and IceWave tan on lower body
- Examples: Kidney 1 tan, and Heart 3 white bilaterally
Dr. Dennis also stacks patches for enhanced effect on particular acupuncture points – such as SP6C and Tan patches or Y-Age (positively charged patches) with a white patch. Use this strategy of negatively charged patches on top of each other and positively charged patches on top of each other if you desire to reinforce the polarity. It isn’t wrong to stack a (+) on top of a (-) patch, but you’ll neutralize the polarity. Some people like to do that purposefully, while others like to keep the polarity the same.
Lobstein Support Mountain Back Pain Strategy requires multiple patches. Still, it is powerful placing IceWave on the bottom of the triangle and single patches above it (Aeon, Carnosine, X39 or 49, and/or Glutathione).

Q: What is a patching protocol for discomfort in the intercostal muscles due to a recent auto accident (steering wheel and seatbelt)?
A: This area is called the hypochondrium. The Liver energy is helpful in dealing with swelling and inflammation in this area.
Liver 3 and Gallbladder 41 (Master Point for Dai Mai belt channel). Gallbladder 34 might be beneficial to support connective tissue between the ribs as an alternative with a Yin/Yang patch pair.
Spleen 21 (SP21) – approximately eight finger widths below the apex of the axilla on the side of the chest may help realign the thorax (The Great Luo) with IceWave or another Yin/Yang patch pair.
Conception 17 (CV17) – Use a Carnosine patch to open up the chest.
Kiki
Q: What is a patching protocol for cramping feet and calves?
A: Dr. Dennis mentioned that IceWave in a ring over a cramped hammer toe has helped straighten the cramped big toe.
IceWave on the plantar fascia of the bottom of the foot using the Clock Method for discomfort relief or Kidney 1 and Bladder 57 on the affected side with IceWave could be helpful. Put the tan/white patch wherever it helps the most.
A Carnosine patch on top of the muscle cramp can be helpful. Carnosine helps you to resolve excess lactic acid in the area.
Zemer
Q: How do you patch for acid coming up to the throat (+ insulin and food sensitivity)? Not experiencing burning in the chest symptoms.
A: Dr. Karen discussed the importance of having good habits, such as eliminating caffeine, peppermint oil, and tight clothing.
Conception Vessel 14 (CV14) near the diaphragm with X39 can be helpful. Optional: Carnosine stacked on top.
Conception Vessel 12 (CV12)—the front Mu point for the stomach—regulates Qi to go down rather than up. Nausea, reflexes, vomiting, and dizziness are considered Rebellious Stomach Qi. Using this point with a patch can help regularize Qi in the correct direction.
The Uhe Method is an anecdotal strategy that works for many people who have symptoms when exposed to certain pollens and foods. It might also help with symptoms of food intolerance.
🚨 WARNING: DO NOT DO THIS METHOD FOR ANAPHYLAXIS.
In brief:
- Avoid the offending item for 72 hours before the test/process
- Muscle test the words representing the sensitivity.
- Whatever muscle tests weak, include it on the “list.”
- Place the list near the body in a pocket.
- After hydration, place an Aeon patch behind the right ear and another covering the belly button
- Add Energy Enhancer patches to Gallbladder 41 or Liver 3
- Lie down to rest for a minimum of 10 minutes
- Afterward, muscle test again to see if the person tests strong
- Avoid food intolerance items for at least 72 hours before gently trialing them (do not do this for anaphylactic foods!) once the person tests strong
