📌 Please note that when we mention the Yin/Yang patch pair, we mean a pairing of two patches, whereby the one on the left is relatively yin compared to the patch on the right.Â
Examples of Yin/Yang phototherapy patching pairs are:
- Energy Enhancer: The Tan patch is yin, the White patch is yang
- IceWave: The Tan patch is yin, the White patch is yang
- SP6C + Aeon: SP6C on the left (yin), Aeon on the right (yang)
- X39 + X49: X39 on the left (yin), X49 on the right (yang)
The Yin/Yang Meridians pair also refers to patching a Yin acupuncture point on the left side of the body with a Yang acupuncture point on the right side of the body, which belongs to the same element.
Examples of Yin/Yang element pairings:
- Earth:Â Spleen/Stomach
- Metal:Â Lung/Large Intestine
- Water:Â Kidney/Bladder
- Wood:Â Liver/Gallbladder
- Fire:Â Pericardium/Triple Burner (more emotional) or Heart/Small Intestine (more physical)
Topics Discussed
Symptoms of Long COVID and inoculation side effects include inflammation. Dr. Dennis has found that Glutathione patches can help decrease this inflammation. Aeon patches can help the body’s stress, and Dr. Karen said they have been helpful for inflammation in many people.
When detoxifying with Zeolite or other ways, anchoring the body with minerals and enough Qi (energy) is important. Pink Himalayan salt can anchor the Shen. Given that Shen is related to the heart, having enough minerals for the heart is helpful.
Dr. Dennis had a beautiful case where he used the Support Mountain Advanced Back Pain Strategy and the sciatica type of pain with weak legs and numb feet. He was able to walk without a cane!
Discussing upcoming replay access @ 2:51
Dr. Karen explains that they will soon provide access to past session replays through a Kajabi educational platform, allowing participants to view recordings and access related notes.
Upcoming Light Warrior Training Camp @ 4:49
Dr. Karen mentions an upcoming light warrior training camp in July, covering topics like energy work and muscle testing.
Discussing snake protein research and detox protocols @ 7:48
Dr. Dennis shares insights on research linking snake proteins to symptoms similar to the flu and COVID and discusses how glutathione patches, zeolites, and a “masterpiece remedy” can help address inflammation and tissue damage.
Importance of minerals and anchoring Shen @ 11:59
Dr. Dennis explains the importance of minerals for anchoring Shen (heart energy) and the risks of mineral deficiency, using the example of how it can impact the heart.
Exploring the nature of “good” and “evil” @ 23:52
The group thoughtfully discusses the concepts of “good” and “evil,” yin and yang, and the importance of balance and harmony rather than polarization.
Addressing hand/joint stiffness and inflammation @ 32:07
Building on the previous discussion about cholesterol and inflammation, the group provides a detailed protocol using acupuncture points and Life Wave patches to address hand/joint stiffness and inflammation.
Troubleshooting sleep issues @ 1:05:30
The group explores common patterns and root causes of sleep issues, including breathing problems, and recommends specific patch combinations and acupuncture points to help improve sleep quality.
Addressing skin redness and irritation @ 1:26:00
The group provides a comprehensive protocol using a “sky-earth” patching approach, specific acupuncture points, and intention-setting techniques to address a family’s skin condition involving redness and irritation on the top of the head.
Recap and resources @ 1:40:23
Dr. Karen summarizes the key takeaways, thanks the team for their contributions, and provides information on accessing past session recordings and the monthly Health Wise Clinic webinars.
Q&A Callers
Karen K.
Q: How do we deal with hives, skin itching, and rash?
A: Controlling wind (dry rash and primarily itching) such as Liver and Gallbladder points would be important. Gallbladder 31 (GB31) is helpful for skin itching.
- Spleen 10 (SP10) on the inside of the knee for regulating itch.Â
- IceWave would be helpful because it is very efficient at moving Qi (TAN on SP 10 and WHITE on GB31).
- If the rash is red, dry, and inflamed, you’ll want to clear the heat
- Large Intestine 11Â (upper body inflammation)
- Stomach 44 (lower body inflammation)
- Jade Pillow (aka Governing Vessel 16) on the back of the neck or Gallbladder 20 on either side of the head will help calm the wind as well.Â
- Moist Rash = damp heat. Draining damp is accomplished by Spleen 9
- Additional tip: Try dredging Qi through meridians (by patch sweeping) to release toxins

Q: I’m looking for a protocol to support stiffness in the hands and high cholesterol levels.
A: Dr. Karen mentioned that high cholesterol is not a cause but a sign of inflammation. Dr. Dennis mentions that the medications used to treat this may cause liver Qi stagnation. Which can cause other negative consequences, including Speen deficiency.Â
Cholesterol makes up cell membranes and also hormones. Dr. Karen recommended The Great Cholesterol Myth book by Dr. Stephen Sinatra and Jonny Bowden.
- If the “blood fats” are too high, it is considered phlegm in Traditional Chinese Medicine. A great point to clear this is Stomach 40. The influential point for the blood is Bladder 17. Spleen 9 helps with dampness.
- Tapping Stomach 40 can clear the stuffy nose (an aside)Â
- You can use a yin/yang patch pairing (as above) + meridian pairing. An example is:
- Left Spleen 9 X39
- Right Stomach 40 X49
- For stiff hands, you can put (right) Triple Burner 5 and (left) Pericardium 6 on the affected hand(s). You can also use IceWave (ideally for the pain). Flick the patch to stimulate the Qi and Blood flow just after you put it on. Or, place the patch(es) over the joint by making a ring around the affected finger.
- Sweeping over the hands upwards to the heart can also help the stiffness.Â
- Aeon patch would be helpful in Dr. Karen’s inflammation experience (clearing heat) so you can use this anywhere on the body (see brochure points) or on a Brain-Balancing Acupuncture point.
Yin and Yang in balance create harmony. If Yin is in deficiency, then Yang energy disperses. The patches increase bicoherence of the whole electromagnetic field of the body. The Yin will be able to balance the Yang, and it won’t fly all over the place, per Dr. Dennis.Â

Q: What is a patching protocol to support trouble sleeping at night? Currently stops breathing and wakes up unrefreshed.
A: Check out the Traditional Chinese Organ Body Clock (see image below) based on the time of night you wake up. You can patch the meridians based on when you’re waking up.
- General recommendations for sleep, you can expand the Chong Qi (chest Qi) with Conception Vessel 17 with any single patch.Â
- The autonomic nervous system’s brain stem affects breathing. Putting an X39 on Governing Vessels 15 or 16 may support the brain stem.
- Aeon patch near the head may be helpful using the Brain Balancing Strategy. Behind the right ear is a good point to try because it is in close proximity to the brain stem.
- Pericardium 6 and Large intestine 4 can calm people down.Â
- Spleen 6 is an excellent point for helping with sleep.
- Silent Nights and Aeon are helpful for sleep. Adding Carnosine can also help. A supportive combination is using Silent Nights behind the right ear on An Mian (Peaceful Sleep) and Carnosine on the bottom of the right heel on Shi Mian (Lost Sleep).
- Advanced use: In this combo, Silent Nights may be used on the right, and Carnosine can be used on the left.
- Occasionally, when someone has excess, you may use a positively charged patch on the point that increases sedation. However, this may cause tiredness, so consult Dr. Dennis during one of his free Healthwise Clinics on Zoom (see above) to learn these advanced points.

Q: What is a patching protocol for red, dry, itchy skin on the top of the head?
A: Heat rises, causing symptoms in the head. Pull Yang Qi out of the head, such as Large Intestine 4 (LI4). These pull Qi downwards (contraindicated for pregnant women)Â
- We need to tonify Yin. Skin is regulated by the Lung channel.Â
- Lung 9 would be helpful along with LI4 using the Sky-Earth paradigm whereby placing the WHITE (positively charged patches) above the belt line, and TAN (negatively charged patches) below the belt line. This draws the energy towards the earth.
- Stomach 44 is an excellent clear heat point on the foot.
Note: Aged 60 years-old. This also happened to a mom, dad, and son after a single-dose inoculation of a medication that many people were advised to take in 2021. The son was prescribed an expensive medication that suppresses the symptoms. He is looking for other supportive solutions.
