It’s been said, that adults need seven to eight hours of sleep every night. Are you getting enough sleep? If you are like most people, you’ll probably say no. I know a person who sleeps for only three to four hours each night and struggles to stay awake during the day. I know another person who says he’s got to sleep for at least ten hours every night and yet he’s always complaining that after he wakes up, he feels like he never slept at all. All through the day all he thinks about is going to bed when he gets home. At one time I used to do the exact same thing, but not anymore. Has that ever happened to you? Are you getting enough sleep? If not, why not?
