How to Drop Cancer Risk by Living Healthier
As a Registered Nurse I love to reach out to help others, it just comes naturally. As does being a teacher when it comes to educating the people around me about their health and well being. Recently I read this article in Yahoo news about how lifestyle changes help prevent 30% of cancers. I thought Wow! Now that is very interesting, and this is what the article had to say….
Among key risk factors for cancer are tobacco and alcohol consumption, a diet low in fruit and vegetable intake and lack of physical activity.
“Tobacco use is the most important risk factor for cancer causing 22% of global cancer deaths and 71% of global lung cancer deaths,” according to the UN health agency.
The World Health Organization projected that deaths from cancer will continue rising, and will hit an estimated 13.1 million in 2030.
They also state lung, stomach, liver, colon and breast cancers cause the most fatalities.
So you can easily see how what you eat and the amount of activity you do does impact your life. But really it is not just your life that you are impacting, it is the effect of your death on your loved ones that are left behind.
So start today make slow changes pick one thing to change for this week. Like eat fruit every day, or replace one soda with water. Start small. It takes doing one thing 21 times for it to become a habit, then you no longer have to think about it, it becomes natural for you to automatically do.
Recruit help or friends to do the same its always fun with others, and it is best to have support. Include even your spouse or include your children, remember that you will be setting healthier lifestyle and habits for them to continue. Isn’t that one of the greatest gifts that we could ever give our children, a healthy life.
Lifewave has available an abundance of patches to use in our daily lives to keep us healthier. The SP6 Complete Patch helps to decrease appetite for sugary foods, along with the Energy Enhancer Patches that also keeps a steady level of energy through the day while fueling the body by burning fat more efficiently instead of muscle (which apparently happens as we age). But one of the most important, most over looked is the aspect of getting enough sleep. This is where the Silent Nights Patch is among one of the most important, sleep is where our bodies re-energize and repair. Lastly the LifeWave Aeon patches help reduce stress and inflammation, which are probably the number one and number two causes of most diseases in America.
I hope these we helpful and above all useful suggestions for a healthier you. Please leave any comments, and share this article freely.
