LifeWave Company Makes Commitment In Proven Research
Since our inception as a company in late 2004, our mission statement has been to improve the quality of life for people globally utilizing our unique non-transdermal LifeWave technology patch products. And as a LifeWave family that spans over 100 countries, we have done an incredible job indeed, earning three consecutive awards from Inc magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in the United States, a true benchmark of our success!
In order to achieve this mission statement we must be able to stand on a solid foundation, and this foundation starts with credible scientific documentation for all of our products. I am very pleased to say that our Director of Health and Science, Dr. Steve Haltiwanger, MD CCN, has achieved a level of success in our clinical studies unparalleled in our industry, with over fifty (50) plus clinical studies completed to date, and well over ten additional studies to be added to this list before the end of this year. These studies allow us to support our product claims with solid scientific evidence, and as equally important we have met the ethical requirements required by governments around the world when engaging in the sale of a health product.
Unfortunately most companies selling health products do not believe in clinical research, and as a result do not spend the time and money to meet these legal and ethical requirements. As an example, one such category of products is holographic discs.
In a double blind placebo controlled study performed at RMIT University in Australia, and published in the Journal of Bodywork and Movement Therapies (2011) 15, 298-303, researcher Dr. Simon Brice discovered that “The findings of this study indicate that holographic technology wristbands have no effect on human balance and stability performance.” Dr. Brice continued by stating that companies selling holographic disc products make claims about these products improving strength and endurance, however the validity of these claims “appears highly unlikely”. In simple terms this study has proven that holographic discs are placebo’s and have no real benefits.

We believe this is the obligation of a principle-based company — to support its products, enabling it’s distributors to comfortably sell the products and the customers using the products, knowing full well that the company stands behind them with firm scientific evidence.
