Two Simple Techniques to Release Emotional Stress
I’m sharing this excerpt with you from my best-selling book “Guide to Healing Chronic Pain” below to help you determine if you are carrying around emotional stress from your past into your present.
“Think back to a situation where someone really embarrassed or betrayed you…Do you know of anyone in your life whom you are afraid to call or confront? Anyone you’d rather not be around because he or she is critical or negative? In every single example from your past where you had an emotionally charged situation, unless you can recall the story and feel completely neutral or even grateful for it, it is likely that you have emotional baggage”
Let’s be honest, we all have some form of emotional baggage, it’s just packaged differently for each person.
I know that the idea of facing some of your emotional baggage can seem scary, but the good news is it can actually be really easy.. and dare I say.. really fun!
(You don’t even have to know what the original trauma was to let go of past emotions. How awesome is that?)
Next week I am offering a fun webinar on just that – how to address and release our emotional baggage including stress, guilt, anger, depression and more – practically, easily and really quickly (no, it doesn’t have to be “messy!”).
It’s happening this upcoming Thursday, August 14th at 3 pm Eastern time
(Recording, charts and book bonus will be available to all who register )

Part of healing our healing journey is about embracing all parts of ourselves -including our baggage! If you had the power (and you do) to let go of that baggage and create more meaningful relationships, why wouldn’t you?
Enjoy!
