LifeWave Radio Show: Advanced LifeWave Protocols for Headache

There are many reasons for headaches.  Our environment are very important cause of headaches these days including food toxins, GMO’s, microwave toxins, HAARP, heavy metals in chemical trails.  These are serious problems!  Sinus inflammation also leads to blockage which then causes pain.  About 90-95% of the chemical trails is because of fungi because healthy microbes are destroyed by them in our environment.  Join Dr. Dennis weekly for his free Acuwave clinic in person or online. The Importance of the Human Energy Field

When the human energy field becomes incoherent we have more pain, more accidents and more health problems  We get more sad, depressed and angry.  We feel guilt and shame.  On a mental level, we can have confusion, paranoia, and get pessimistic thoughts an low self-esteam.  The incoherence causes us to mistrust our intuition and we can’t do our Soul mission.  These are multiple layers.

If we become more coherent on a physical level, there are no blockages and no pain.  We have good health and fitness.  On an emotional level, we have joy, happiness, confidence and feeling safe.  On a mental level, we have clarity of purpose, optimism, high self-esteem.  On a spiritual layer, Shen, we have faith, one with spirit, we know our souls’ mission and trust our soul’s mission.

To heal headaches we have to heal the incoherence of the field!

Stress, lack of sleep, infection, noise, injuries, cold, dental imbalances can all contribute to headache.  Sometimes it is very difficult to pinpoint ALL the reasons of headache.  There isn’t a lab test for biochemical imbalances that cause headaches.

The NSAIDs  (anti-inflammatory drugs) cause Liver Qi stagnation.  When it gets stagnation, the yang qi rises and that creates headaches and high blood pressure.  If that happens on the Shao Yang channel (GB and TB channels) you get stagnation in the temporal lobes and you can get migraine.  Liver Qi stagnation you also gets Wood attacking Earth in the 5 elements paradigm.  The Earth is important for keeping blood in the blood vessels (spleen qi).  Reckless blood (Leaking) can cause strokes. All the imbalances named above definitely contributes to stagnated liver qi.  Doing aerobic exercise helps with liver Qi stagnation.

Western Headache Classification and Acupuncture Point Suggestions

The most common type of headache according to Western classification about 22% of the population has Tension headaches.  The acupuncture points to use with IceWave WHITE on right TAN on left (choose one of):

  • Bladder 60 (try this first)
  • Gallbladder 20
  • Gallbladder 38
  • Liver 3
  • …then you can add optionally GV30 (top of the head)

EXAMPLE: IceWave BL60 White on right Tan on left, Glutathione on GV14 for shoulder tension, GV20 tonifies nervous system with Aeon, then add Alavida on third eye.  This is the advanced triple triangle for headache.

This relaxes the sinews and the muscles around the head.  BL60 is great for releasing excess heat and calming yang….and helps to release the sinews and tension.  It is located FAR from the head and it works great for tension headaches.  IceWave WHITE on RIGHT TAN on LEFT on BL 60.  You can add Aeon on GV20 or Glutathione/Alavida/Nirvana on GV14 or even on the third eye.  The Nirvana patches help to influence endorphins, although Dr. Dennis says to stay away from it if you’ve been diagnosed as a cluster headache.

Migraines are about 12% of headache types.  They are all Shao Yang issues (temporal area of the brain).  When aura comes on you can eliminate the pain if you catch it early.  If you’re aware of what is happening then you can reduce the pain right away!  This attached protocol from 2010 involves dredging the Shao Yang channel to dissipate blockages, then placing patches on GB 41 TAN and TB 5 WHITE afterwards.  We use IceWave for dredging.  White in right palm and Tan in the left palm (PC8) and then stand behind the person and start around the temples and sweep from outer eye area (no touching necessary) along sides of the head about 1-2 inches away following the neck and GB channels and then  you let go and reposition your hands outside the aura, then sweep again.  Other points to try (choose one to use with IceWave):

  • ST8
  • TB5
  • GB8
  • GB14
  • GB41
  • GB20 – good for wind, dizziness, eyes
  • GV16 – Y-Age patch – it tonifies the sea of marrow and calms down wind and benefits the head in many ways.

Cluster headaches are severe recurrent headaches around the eye and you can get sinus congestion and fluid, swelling around the area.  Tearing, nasal discharge, confusion, agitation, bright lights bothering you.  Steroid injections or calcium channel blockers are used.  In Asian medicine we use support points. Choose one of: Lung 7, ST 8, or GB38, along with PC 7 or patches along the stomach channel (ST 1, 2, 3, 4) on the head for the trigeminal nerve.  Experiment with these points to see what works best for the symptoms.

  • Aeon on right, SP6C on the left on Lunch 7, ST 8 or GB 38
  • Additional PC7 with IceWave

Frontal headaches Yang Ming (LI/ST) sinuses – using LI20 sides of the nose IceWave WHITE on RIGHT, TAN on left and GV24.5 third eye point for sinus pressure with Aeon or Alavida.

Advanced TCM diagnosis and associated acupuncture points.

In TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), headaches can be caused by liver yang rising (due to above), Wind-Cold pernicious influences.  Tai Yang channel BL and SI channels can be invaded by cold.  Cold invasions can cause chills shivering, stiff neck and headache.  Wind cold can transform to wind-heat and that can cause flu-like illness with redness, sore throat and fever.  Wind-Damp – phlegm can obstruct orifices and blockage by damp and that can cause headaches too.
